ROLE PURPOSE
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of customers while driving retention, revenue growth, and profitability. Based in our Darwin office, the role partners with key decision-makers to understand customer needs and deliver tailored workplace solutions.
Predominantly office-based, the role uses customer insights and strategic account planning to increase share of wallet, achieve sales targets, and build long-term customer relationships.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage retention and profitability of contracts with existing corporate customers within the designated portfolio
- Focus on Customer treatments tailored to overall vertical strategy
- Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisations
- Maintain expert knowledge of the vertical industry including products, systems and unique value propositions
- Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- B2B experience and industry knowledge is advantageous
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Successful client management skills
- Understanding and ability to articulates the Winc “Single Source” Vision to create opportunity
- Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering savings to the customer and profit for Winc.
- Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
