ROLE PURPOSE

The Distribution Desk Officer is responsible for general freight enquiries, co-ordinating deliveries, daily checks of driver devices and answering queries from the customer experience teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Actively contribute to a safe work culture 
• Using required systems and tools, accurately provide updates on customer orders in a timely manner in line with Winc and the Customer’s requirements
• Forge strong working relationships with transport, warehouse and operations managers to ensure accurate answers back to stakeholders
• Delivering best in class customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Plays an active responsible role in helping to exceed customer expectations
• Demonstrates a positive attitude towards Winc values 
• Problem solving during investigation of open cases

• Excellent team player
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised to practices, processes and procedures
• Strong communication with the ability to communicate with many different departments
• Knowledge of a WMOS system and SAP preferable
