ROLE PURPOSE
The Distribution Desk Officer is responsible for general freight enquiries, co-ordinating deliveries, daily checks of driver devices and answering queries from the customer experience teams.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Actively contribute to a safe work culture
- Using required systems and tools, accurately provide updates on customer orders in a timely manner in line with Winc and the Customer’s requirements
- Forge strong working relationships with transport, warehouse and operations managers to ensure accurate answers back to stakeholders
- Delivering best in class customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Plays an active responsible role in helping to exceed customer expectations
- Demonstrates a positive attitude towards Winc values
- Problem solving during investigation of open cases

- Excellent team player
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised to practices, processes and procedures
- Strong communication with the ability to communicate with many different departments
- Knowledge of a WMOS system and SAP preferable
