ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of primary and secondary school customers across the Gold Coast region. In this role, you will provide expert, customer-focused solutions and insights, drive high levels of satisfaction, and build long-term strategic partnerships. You will play a key role in supporting our customers to create better work–life outcomes while achieving sales targets and contributing to Winc’s continued success.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Manage retention and profitability of contracts
  • Focus on Customer treatments tailored to overall company strategy
  • Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisations
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the industry including products, systems and unique value propositions
  • Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle
  • Grow Share Of Wallet within assigned territory
