ROLE PURPOSE
As a Customer Service Officer - Inbound, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of enquiries from both external customers as well as our internal teams. You will interact with customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring each interaction is clear, efficient, and customer focused.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handle inbound customer calls, chats and emails, providing friendly and efficient customer support ensuring Winc’s customers have the best possible customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries.
- Follow up on internal and external enquiries.
- Deliver on KPIs and targets relating to call handling, quality and performance.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales, or a strong eagerness to learn for those new to the field
- Enthusiastic team player committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving ability
- Solid computer proficiency (experience with Salesforce, SAP, Windows, and Genesys is highly regarded) and confidence managing multiple systems while engaging with customers
