ROLE PURPOSE
- The purpose of the role is to build and grow Winc Sales by acquiring new large customers from Australia’s top tier enterprise. You will map the acquisition strategy, identify, qualify, and execute with key stakeholders internally (with WINC subject matter experts and executives) and externally (partners/suppliers) and end user clients at the executive level.
- The role will consist of sales opportunities in the following areas
- Acquisition - New customers with no revenue
- Win Back - Lost customers that historically transitioned substantial contracts to competitors
- Partner selling – working with/alongside and through key suppliers and partner businesses.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Throughout the pursuit of opportunities, you will deliver a professional customer experience by leveraging WINC subject matter experts across several key areas:
- Segment development & Marketing (support on thought leadership, segment strategy and events)
- Product specialists (supporting the solution consultants, as deep domain experts within enterprise solutions)
- Operations & Merchandise (support through ensuring the solutions and products being sold are aligned with the overall Winc strategy)
- Customer Experience (support on service plan design based on the enterprise and solution needs).
- Following successful post-sale onboarding and solution implementation, you will transition ongoing customer engagement to the relevant state account manager and continue the pursuit of other opportunities.
- Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental training (HSE) and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the Winc HSE plan, policy and processes.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Enterprise deal experience in customer acquisition strategies for organisations across differing phases of the engagement lifecycle (e.g. new customers, existing customers, and customers lost to competitors)
- Significant experience selling complex solutions to enterprise customers including; identifying, qualifying, proposing and closing
- Strong proposal writing and delivery experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from conversations and performance data
- Strong knowledge of commercial, legal and contractual practices and obligations
- Extensive experience building long-term trusted advisor relationships with senior executive stakeholders (internal and external) and the ability to influence these stakeholders.
