ROLE PURPOSE

 
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for providing expert solutions & insights relevant to their assigned portfolio. This role drives high levels of customer satisfaction, develops strategic partnerships and ensures Winc is helping our customers achieve a better work-life.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Manage retention and profitability of contracts
  • Focus on Customer treatments tailored to overall company strategy
  • Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisations
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the industry including products, systems and unique value propositions
  • Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle
  • Grow Share Of Wallet within assigned territory
