ROLE PURPOSE
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be working with the Supply chain planning team to fulfil the team’s day-to-day analytical & reporting requirements and maintain supply chain specific master data within the ERP system and its peripheral systems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Supply Chain Data Maintenance

- Manage and maintain the master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal data standards.
- Develop and execute data governance processes to ensure clean, up-to-date, and well-organized master data across systems.
- Leverage advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, macros, formulas, and Power Query) to clean, analyse, and manipulate large data sets for reporting and business intelligence purposes.
- Manage SAP MRP settings/parameters.
- Identifies areas for data quality improvements and assists in resolving data quality problems.
Reporting & Analytics

- Facilitate and develop key reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Day to day business support with ad-hoc reporting & analysis
- Responsible for timely generation and distribution of reports
- Work with variety of data sources and reporting tools
- Manage Team inbox and queries.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Systems focussed with a good understanding of SAP functional areas such as Procurement / Sales orders / MRP
- Medium to advance excel skills with experience in Power queries
- Experience in SAP/HANA modelling, creation of local providers and data extraction using SQL
- Experience in developing Tableau reports
- Experience in Master Data Management in a Retail/B2B environment
- Takes responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and with urgency
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administration role
