ROLE PURPOSE

 

The primary responsibility of the Stock Flow Specialist is to ensure that both domestically and internationally sourced products are available within the WINC Network to meet customer demand efficiently and at the lowest overall network cost. Below are the key accountabilities for this role, though they are not limited to these.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

1. Inventory Flow:

  • Drive the execution of stocking strategy initiatives, tracking their performance (e.g., Actual vs. Target).
  • Control local inbound deliveries using Mobiledock, ensuring alignment with DC requirements.
  • Ensure inbound deliveries meet SIFOT (Supplier In-Full On-Time) and availability KPIs.
  • Provide real-time updates on daily inbound alterations for Supply Planners and Operations.
  • Offer analytics for SIFOT and Mobile dock activities.
  • Support and analyze SLOB (Slow-moving and Obsolete) inventory initiatives.
  • Assist in remediation options for network, ranging, and flow modeling simulations.
  • Help execute network and flow modeling, product ranging/deranging, and supply chain planning parameter initiatives.

 

2. Imports Flow:

  • Manage day-to-day international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and internal regulations.
  • Validate freight invoices for COGs calculations and ensure accurate submission to Finance.
  • Provide analytics to track inbound stock flow and open orders for imports.
  • Deliver milestone reporting to address shipment delays from manufacturing or shipping constraints.

 

3. General:

  • Periodically review stock flow processes to improve team efficiency.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and support for stock flow and supply chain planning objectives.
  • Promote continuous improvement across streams and develop business continuity plans (BCP) for critical events.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

 

  • Minimum 2-5 years Supply Chain experience
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong customer service focus, both internal and external
  • Strong analytical skills and advance knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks as required
  • Ability to lead by example and implement change where required
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability
  • Experience in WMS System (Manhattan preferable), ERP System (SAP) and Power BI Tools
