ROLE PURPOSE
The primary role of the Sales Coordinator - Technology Solutions is to manage deals during the pre-sales and project rollout process. This is done by building solutions and quotes that meet the technical requirements of the customer, as well as the business requirements for Winc. Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail is a must. You will need to think outside of the box to ensure that suitable solutions are delivered to our customers as needed.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Highly driven to achieve the team sales targets
- Act as point of contact for key accounts
- Provide technical advice and guidance on products
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers
- Management of vendor and bid pricing
- Implementation and management of customer stock agreements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers
- Management of large projects, rollouts and deployments
- Overall management of open orders for they key accounts
