ROLE PURPOSE

 

The Pricing Analyst – Project role is part of our Pricing Development and Analytics team. This team specialises in project management, advanced analytics, and tool development to enhance efficiency for our stakeholders. You will:
 

  1. Support key business projects.
  2. Develop new pricing tools and advanced data analytics models.
  3. Assist stakeholders using advanced methodologies and administrative support.
  4. Contribute to the engine driving continuous improvement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Identify profit improvement opportunities through profit modelling and analysis.
  • Analyse customer behaviours and trends related to overall profitability.
  • Develop pricing recommendations in collaboration with Pricing Managers.
  • Conduct efficient data analysis for ad-hoc reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with and support key stakeholders across the enterprise on projects.
  • Provide training and development for Pricing team members.
  • Assist in commercial analysis for various business projects.
  • Maintain and ensure high accuracy and integrity of all pricing-related data.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

 

  • Minimum 4 years of business/commercial experience.
  • Strong background in pricing, commercial analysis, and margin/profitability analysis.
  • Advanced skills in process modelling, data modelling, and technical problem-solving.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience in delivering complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Advanced negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPivot and Tabular data modelling.
  • Knowledge of SQL & Power BI is highly regarded.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
