ROLE PURPOSE

 

Winc is looking for an experienced eBusiness Project Manager to grow and support eCommerce EDI Integrations at Winc.  The suitable candidate will increase accuracy and efficiency of Winc’s B2B customer interactions by successfully implementing and maintaining customer and supplier EDI integrations with our largest clients.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Full lifecycle eBusiness Project Management - ensure effective implementation of customer and supplier eBusiness/B2B integration projects, from requirements gathering through to successful implementation.
  • Liaise internally with the Application Integrations, Website Development and SAP teams in the Technology Department to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Participate in the specification, development, configuration, testing and rollout of integration projects and system changes within a SAP / webMethods environment.
  • Developing positive relationships with external clients and stakeholders, proactively leading customer meetings and presentations as required.
  • Provide support to the eBusiness helpdesk to resolve issues with existing customer integrations as required.
  • Provide skill enhancement, training and mentoring to internal staff – Acct Managers and Customer Support.
  • Methodical investigation, analysis, design and verification of business processes to improve accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

 

  • Knowledge of eCommerce fundamentals and principles within a B2B/B2C environment, including EDI documents (PO, POA, ASN, INV), and PunchOut Catalogues (OCI / cXML).
  • Sound understanding and experience with common eCommerce EDI document standards, and ability to create technical mapping documentation between standards (cXML, xCBL, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, iDOC, etc)
  • Experience integrating with marketplaces and platforms such as Ariba, Oracle OBN, Coupa, Basware, Technology One, UniMarket, B2Be, etc.
  • Sound project management skills, managing timelines & resources across multiple projects. Project management certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be advantageous.
  • Experience in IT service management framework (e.g., ITIL) and related concepts (request, incident, change and problem lifecycle)
  • Understanding of internet and network technologies (DMZ, Firewalls, HTTP(S), SSL etc.)
  • Advanced verbal communication, with the ability to communicate complex matters in simple terms across all levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand, learn new skills and adapt to new technology.
  • Experience with SAP preferred, especially with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules.
  • Willing to consult and contribute to knowledge in a structured knowledge base
  • Ability to create and execute test plans and use structured testing methodology
  • Middleware Configuration / Development Experience, or willingness to learn, is desirable (webMethods, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
