ROLE PURPOSE

 

To partner with our wider Marketing team, Ecommerce, Web Development, Sales and Merchandising teams to implement go-to-market activities across the website, email and relevant digital channels, and provide accurate and timely reporting on performance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in support of digital marketing activities
  • Support wider business utilising digital channels (Email, Paid Media, Website) to execute go-to market activities
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to provide insights for future activities and to optimise the marketing mix.
  • Work with the Design team to ensure performance of digital assets - banners, EDMs, landing pages, social and micro-sites are fully optimised
  • Maintain knowledge of digital marketing trends in order to identify new revenue generating opportunities
  • Develop and take ownership of campaigns and programs that focus on acquisition, retention, upsell and cross sell opportunities that contribute to top line revenue goals

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

 

  • Degree qualified in marketing or relevant field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing for a high traffic ecommerce site.
  • Experience in email marketing and CRM (favourable: Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM)
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns and/or B2B acquisition campaigns
  • Relevant B2B experience viewed favourably
  • Digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, Display Advertising, Email, Social)
  • Familiar with CMS platforms (favourable: Wordpress, Oracle Endeca)
