ROLE PURPOSE

Looking to build your sales capability and gain exposure to a B2B sales role? This 7-month secondment opportunity supporting the Back-to-School period is a great chance to develop your commercial, relationship management, and account management skills.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the assigned customer portfolio, highlight Winc’s unique value proposition to key decision makers and utilise industry & data driven insights to deliver relevant customer development plans and achieve retention targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage customer retention and contract profitability
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support customer growth and share-of-wallet opportunities
• Manage the customer lifecycle and sales activity effectively
• Use data and insights to develop tailored customer solutions
• Maintain knowledge of Winc products, systems, and value proposition
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Interest in developing a career in B2B sales
• Experience working in KPI-driven environments
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Excel, or Genesys
• Commercial mindset with drive, accountability, resilience, and adaptability
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
