ROLE PURPOSE

 

We’re looking for a results-driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers, build long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.


You’ll act as the primary point of contact for your customers, developing a strong understanding of their business needs and challenges. You’ll clearly articulate Winc’s value proposition to key decision-makers and leverage industry and data-driven insights to deliver effective customer plans and achieve sales targets.


This is an office-based sales role, with previous B2B sales experience highly regarded.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders within your customer portfolio
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and work to expand product and service adoption
  • Present Winc’s unique value proposition and solutions to address customer challenges
  • Leverage market and customer insights to develop and implement customer-specific strategies
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Category, Supply Chain) to ensure high service standards and a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to resolve issues and improve retention
  • Meet or exceed revenue, retention, and customer engagement KPIs

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

 

  • Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer relationship roles
  • Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and a record of success in achieving targets
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Understanding and ability to articulates the Winc “Single Source” Vision to create opportunity
  • Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering savings to the customer and profit for Winc.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build trust
