ROLE PURPOSE

 

As a member of our Billing and Banking team, the Account Maintenance Officer (12-month Fixed Term Contract) is to support Finance Shared Services to deliver their objectives by ensuring all customer and vendor data is accurate and invoices are delivered within agreed SLA.

 

Work with Sales and Customer Service to promptly resolve master data anomalies and billing issues and execute account information changes, generation and distribution of billing outputs, and assisting in new account set-up for Winc customers.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Customer and Vendor information maintenance
  • Account Hierarchy maintenance
  • Partner Functions Sales Rep & True Customer maintenance
  • Transport Zone changes
  • PO logic maintenance
  • Product restriction maintenance
  • Mapping of customer own items
  • Sales and Delivery note maintenance
  • Setting up billing output conditions
  • Generating standard and customised billing outputs
  • Releasing blocked billing documents
  • Manage ad hoc tasks as required by management and the business
  • Learn, interpret, and understand all essential policies and procedures

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

 

  • Detail-oriented with reasonable data entry speed
  • Proven experience in collaborative working environment
  • Ability to manage varied tasks and deliver high quality output
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Well-developed and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Experience using SAP is preferred
