ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions and strategic insights to a diverse portfolio of clients. This position is dedicated to fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving business growth through value-driven partnerships. By understanding client needs, market trends, and business challenges, the Senior Account Manager helps Winc customers create better workplaces and achieve greater efficiency.
Based in Hobart, this role focuses on managing and expanding key client relationships across Northern Tasmania. Frequent travel is required to provide on-the-ground support, strengthen partnerships, and deliver exceptional service.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage retention and profitability of contracts.
- Focus on Customer treatments tailored to overall company strategy.
- Ability to partake in Tender processes
- Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisations.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the industry including products, systems and unique value propositions.
- Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle
- Grow Share of Wallet within assigned territory
- Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental training (HSE) and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the Winc HSE plan, policy, and processes.
- Travelling statewide fortnightly/monthly
- Account Planning/Joint Business Plans
- B2B experience and Government industry knowledge

- Evidence of B2B experience and industry knowledge
- Understanding and Experience in Tender processes
- Understanding in managing contracts.
- Ability to meet and exceed deadlines set in accordance with business requirements.
- Record of success in achieving targets
- Well-developed communication skills and the capacity to negotiate and resolve issues with Customers, Team members and Stakeholders.
- Moderate to High level of skill in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and Genesys.
- Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering solutions to the customer.
- Advanced consultative selling skills
