ROLE PURPOSE
To lead, manage and support the successful delivery of Managed Print Services contracts, whilst providing efficient management of all resources within the Administration Team and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Order to invoice process: Manage order to invoice process to meet customer requirements and drive revenue growth through process improvement, while aligning to Winc key processes
- Resource Management: Manage Service Delivery team to ensure service delivery, productivity and KPI targets are achieved
- Leadership: Lead and build highly performing team that are fully productive, utilising all capabilities
- Vendor management: Manage vendor performance to meet customer requirements and align to Winc key performance indicators
- Product maintenance: Product and pricing maintenance, where applicable
- Sales Support: Centre of excellence to support Sales team with any issues including process improvement
- Health, safety, and environment: Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental training (HSE) and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the Winc HSE plan, policy, and processes.
- Relationships – develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Projects: participate in special projects as required

- Excellent communication and negotiations skills both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of process improvement
- Leadership skills, 5 years’ experience in leading and developing teams
- Customer service and solutions focused
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Must be able to work autonomously, in fast paced environment
- High level of problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
- Can develop strong relationships with business leaders to deliver shared sales objectives.
