Join a team where your reliability, initiative and customer focus truly make an impact. Winc is seeking a motivated and safety‑minded Part-Time Warehouse & Delivery Officer to support our Gladstone operations. 

As a Warehouse & Delivery Officer, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring customer orders are processed, packed and delivered efficiently and professionally. You’ll work both in the warehouse and on the road, supporting daily operations and helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience. 

If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and like being out and about delivering to local sites, this role offers a great mix of warehouse and delivery duties. 

This is a part-time position, working 6 hours per day Monday to Friday (30 hours per week). The hours are 7:00 am to 1:30 pm, including a half-hour lunch break. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Accurately process customer orders using Winc systems and tools.
• Complete daily vehicle and forklift checklists.
• Unload morning freight, break down and sort goods for delivery.
• Load vans and prepare country dispatch manifests.
• Receipt incoming stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct stocktake activities across multiple local sites.
• Perform vending cupboard counts and deliver goods across Gladstone and surrounding areas.
• Complete daily desktop deliveries, including hospital deliveries.
• Open and close the warehouse when required.
• Provide support as backup to the Team Manager during leave periods.
• Participate in on-the-job training provided by the Team Manager.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Current Forklift Licence
• Open Manual Driver’s Licence
• General Construction Induction (White Card)
• Pre-Employment Medical Clearance (required for some delivery sites) is preferred
• Experience in warehousing and deliveries
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems effectively
