ROLE PURPOSE

 

Our Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving individual as well as team sales goals. Reporting into the Branch Manager, and as part of our Managed Print Services division, you will identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct customer meetings with key decision makers and influencers, develop industry relevant solutions to present to potential customers, negotiate deals, and onboard new customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Manage Sales pipeline to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Sell print related products and services at established profit goals                                   
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, sales, processes, market trends, competitors, and clients to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct effective sales presentations of products and solutions

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

 

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clients
  • Be a self-starter with an ability to plan and implement sales strategy whilst working autonomously
  • You will thrive in a competitive and goal-driven environment
  • Highly organised, ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activity within the company CRM
  • Ability to prioritise responsibilities as well as managing changing and competing priorities
  • Demonstrate ability to deal effectively and professionally with all types of people and situations
  • A strong financial acumen
  • Experience in Managed Print Service/Copier Sales is desirable but not essential
