ROLE PURPOSE

 

As our Service Technician, you will repair and maintain our customer’s office equipment to a suitable standard of proficiency. Reporting into the MPS Service Manager, you will maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction, contributing to retention of existing MPS customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Manage customer service requests from diagnosing machine faults, repairing the equipment, final inspection, and testing.
  • Perform onsite installation of machines, network connection and end user training.
  • Assist IT Tech team and Managed Service customers with remote support.
  • Assist Sales teams with pre and after sales support.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and achievement of company requirements in call production, response time and parts.
  • Properly maintain and inventory all parts and support equipment require to perform job effectively.
  • Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental training (HSE) and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the Winc HSE plan, policy, and processes.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

 

  • Certificate or equivalent on Technology preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a copier technician.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of computer and copier management software such as Papercut, Uniflow, O365
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
